Is the file config.php still in this directory
/home/ghforces/public_html/ ?
If not, copy the file config.php from the directory /home/ghforces/public_html/setup to the directory
/home/ghforces/public_html/ an chmod the config.php to 666 (rw-rw-rw-)

When you got an sucessfull installation, you can delete
the folder
/home/ghforces/public_html/setup
