Bestätigungsvorgang - keine Alben vorhanden

hallo

seit gestern habe ich ein problem mit coppermine version 1.4.8. wenn jemand ein bild hochläd und dies einem album zugeordnet hat ist noch alles ok... also der ganze upload-vorgang ist in ordnung... nur wenn die genehmigt werden sollen, dann sehe ich da keine albums mehr und ich kann das bild auch keinem album zuordnen, weil keine mehr angezeigt wird... siehe auf dem bild:

und wenn ich dann die genehmigung ausführen will, bekomme ich diesen fehlermeldung:

ich habe nochmal alle coppermine dateien hochgeladen, hat aber nichts geholfen. hoffe, jemand hat hier ein rat

schalte mal in der Coppermine, den Debugmodus ein:

Wartungs-Einstellungen
Debug-Modus ein >> Ja:alle
PHP-notices in Debug-Modus anzeigen >> Ja

Dann müssten, wenn die Fehlermeldung kommt noch mehr Informationen dort stehen.
Die brauchen wir um den Fehler einzugrenzen

hallo nochmal,
wie schalte ich den debug-modus wieder aus? also die seite kommt nach etwa 20 minuten kurzfristig wieder und dann ist es weg, wenn ich ins gallery gehe... und kann somit über die administration den debug-modus nicht ausschalten... wie mache ich das jetzt? schonmal danke im voraus

nachtrag: das hier hat sich erledigt. und der hoster antwortet nichtmal

der hoster hat doch noch geantwortet und meint, dass alles in ordnung sei

und wenn ich das ganze ohne bestätigung mache, dann gibt es keine probleme... wird alles richtig hochgeladen.... nur mit bestätigung geht es nicht (siehe auf die bilder oben).
