I have downloaded the whos onlike with buddy from the downloads area, copied the files over the top of what was there and now I do not have any Instant Messages, and users get Access Denied when they click on 'Site Messanger'
Also the buddy button is missing.
Can anyone help?

Fixed it!
I copied the buddy5.php from the vkp install and it's ok now
