in the function ugb_get_smilies()

":1:" => PMX_MODULES_PATH . $module_name . "/smilies/smile.gif", not work

":3:" => "modules/" . $module_name . "/smilies/mad3.gif", work
ex: my Userguestbook in pdf (http://www.pragmamx.org/UserGuest-op-do_backup-owner-algebre.html)

the definition of constant "english:on; french:le; german:am ....." called twice, one in _ON and Another inside _XDATESTRING
