I am trying to determine exactly what this settings means in the Calendar configuration section:
Admins may work on only own events
I ran the value from some of the other language files through a tranlator and I still didn't quite understand what this means.
Does this mean:
- "Admins are the only ones that can edit events?" or
- "Admins can edit all submitted events?" or
- "Admins can only edit the events that, that particular Admin submits?" or
- "Admins can only edit events submitted by an Admin?"

IMHO that means that an admin can only modify events which are submitted by himself.
He can't modify events submitted by another admin.
