Hi
  schaue einmal in deine config.php nach und kontrolliere  dort die  Datnebankangebaen deines neuen Providers wo die  .de  Domaine regestriert ist.

Der Fehler liegt nur in an falschen DB  Angaben.

Also ich bin ja auch relativer Neuling im Bereich php, aber diese Fehlermeldung hatte ich auch schon mal und da war auch wirklich nach fehlenden Datenbankangaben in der config.php.
